Schedule of Parish House Rental Fees

Fellowship Hall and Kitchen

Private parties or events of 50 people or more: $200/hour, plus $100 deposit

Private parties or events of fewer than 50 people: $100/hour, plus $100 deposit

Civic meetings, groups and local clubs or organizations: $50/hour, plus $100 deposit

Front Parlor, Dining Room and Library

Does not include use of the kitchen: $25/hour per room, plus $100 deposit

The church offers you up to an hour before the event for set up and an hour
afterwards for clean up, free of charge.

All deposit checks are due in the Parish Office at the time of application;
the balance is due a week before the event.

Please make checks payable to Emmanuel Episcopal Church.
The church will return the entire deposit if no damage has occurred during
the event and no additional cleaning is necessary afterwards.

Active parishioners
of Emmanuel Episcopal Church, Middleburg, receive a 20% discount of fees.
