EMMANUEL'S OUTREACH MINISTRIES

“Wherever you go, preach the gospel. If necessary, use

From the opening of Emmanuel’s doors in 1843, to
present times, our parishioners have served the Middleburg community and
beyond. We have found joy in tending to
the housing, education, feeding and healthcare of neighbors in need.

Other efforts have included help with the
electrification of the town in the early 1900s, desegregation of the town's
lunch counters and restaurants in 1961, and education ministries in Africa this
century.

In recent decades we have added a music outreach ministry to inspire and heal in ways
that words alone cannot do.
