At The Parish House | The 2023 Fall & Winter Season

The ever-popular Dixie Rhythm jazz band returns, and will play on the front porch of Emmanuel Church’s Parish House to delight everyone with their toe-tapping repertoire of all-time Dixieland jazz favorites.
The band dazzles with jazz classics like “Basin Street Blues”, “Ain’t Misbehavin”, and of course, “When the Saints Come Marchin’ In”. Band members interlace the program with historical notes and funny stories that help you catch your breath between the flood of tunes.
Chairs under tents will await on the lawn. If the weather looks dodgy, the concert will move inside the Parish House.

Your Favorite Songs from the 50s, 60s & 70s
Native Loudoun County trio, Moon Music, forged a partnership almost a decade ago, with its signature nuanced three-part harmony vocal sound, backed by beguiling piano, acoustic guitar and percussion arrangements.
The trio arranges unique and sensitive "original covers,” creating something fresh and suited to the trio's own vocal blend and instrumentation, rather than simply duplicating the original.
Moon Music is known for different takes and "unlikely covers" for a vocal trio on songs by Pink Floyd, U2, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, John Denver, and many others.
