Parish House Rentals 

The Emmanuel Parish House is a beloved community venue for receptions, parties, luncheons, meetings, and special gatherings. Originally built as a private home, the building blends historic charm with modern accessibility, featuring both an elevator and ramp access. A major expansion completed in 2005 added a spacious reception area, elevator access, and a large adjoining kitchen equipped with a double oven, microwave, and two refrigerators.

Guests entering from the gracious front porch are welcomed by a cozy library to the left, complete with leather chairs, a fireplace, and bookshelves. To the right is a comfortable parlor that opens into the dining room. The dining room, featuring its own fireplace, seats 10 comfortably around an oval table measuring 93” x 48”.

At the far end of the first floor, the spacious Parish Hall accommodates 80–90 guests for standing receptions or concerts, with capacity varying based on the event setup and table arrangements. Renters may provide their own table coverings as desired. Available furnishings include 12 round tables (47” diameter) seating 4–5 guests each, 19 rectangular tables (30” x 72”), and 90 folding chairs.

A beautifully restored 1896 Steinway piano is available for use by trained musicians for an additional fee.
